Our surgery offers a limited amount of pre-bookable appointments that are released before the day and the rest can be accessed on the day. This way we can offer appointments to patients when they are unwell on that day. Nobody wants to wait to see a doctor when they are unwell.
If you are unable to keep an appointment with either the Doctor or Nurse, please notify the surgery in advance so that the time can be allocated to another patient. Patients who are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment with the nurse may have their appointment rescheduled. If you have more than one problem it is advisable you request for a double appointment when booking.
All patients are given equal consideration but sometimes appointments run late because of circumstances beyond our control. Please be tolerant at these times.
